Dr. Yun Judy Zhu, Ph.D. In this presentation, both potential benefits and concerns of recent advances in biotechnology as well as the roles of different federal regulatory agencies will be addressed. Dr. Yun Judy Zhu is a Research Scientist at Hawaii Agriculture Research Center (HARC) working on tropical crop improvement through molecular cloning and genetic engineering. This event is part of the 2008 Community Forum in Chemistry co-sponsored by ACS-Hawaii Section and WCC.
