A series of 8 2-hour classes for people interested in becoming garden guides at Lyon Arboretum. Topics covered include basic botany, horticulture, plant conservation, natural history, Hawaiian ethnobotany and the Arboretum's gardens and collections. After completing the course, participants will be expected to help guide Lyon Arboretum garden tours. Materials and supplies will be provided.
