Actus Lend Lease has been building award-winning military homes in Hawaii for over 12 years, and the regional office staff has over 300 years of working experience in Hawaii. Actus Lend Lease's commitment to the residents, the local communities, the Army and the Air Force leadership in Hawaii is solid. Actus Lend Lease is proud to partner with the Army, Coast Guard and the Air Force to improve the quality of life for the military families living in Hawaii, and to provide new communities and houses that these military families will be proud to call "home." A few examples of the projects Actus Lend Lease are working on include: (1) Army Hawaii Family Housing, which has a project value of $1.7 billion during the initial 10-year development period and is projected for initial development completion in 2014. The project includes constructing and renovating approximately 7,700 homes and constructing multiple new community centers and recreational facilities, and (2) Hickam Community Housing, which has a project value of $197 million during the initial 5-year development period and is projected for initial development completion in 2009. This project also includes constructing and renovating approximately 1,356 homes and constructing new community centers and recreational facilities.
