R. M. Towill Corporation

R. M. Towill Corporation (RMTC) was founded in Honolulu in 1930 to provide civil engineering and surveying services to Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. Today, RMTC provides professional services in the areas of civil engineering, environmental engineering, construction management, planning and landscape architecture, surveying and photogrammetry, and geographic information systems (GIS). RMTC staffs offices in Honolulu, Kona and Hilo to serve the government and private clients.
